What jobs should I be looking for at my level?

Hi. I'm in my fourth year studying economics. I'm currently working for an insurance company as a part time insurance agent. I'm wondering where I should be applying in my last year of university to gain the valuable experience necessary to set myself up better for after graduation. I am thinking administrative assistant jobs, but is experience from those any better than what I have now? I am not a great student either, my average is a B (I have some C's and a few A's) so I'm not looking to get a masters. I'm thinking to start off somewhere around 40k as an annual salary and try to work my way up from there. Can anyone provide any advice on what to do at my level? Thanks so much.
