What MBAs and what location should I target?

I graduated from IE Spain with an undergrad degree + Boston University Online with a masters in financial management and have 1 year of work ex at JLL in RE Strategy consulting + 1 yr in boutique consulting (OW/ LEK / ADL/ ParthenoN) and 2 years at a luxury firm (LVMH/ Kering). I am from a South Asian country and many of my friends from high school have moved to Germany and almost all of them have found decent jobs in firms like Porsche Consulting, Roland Berger, OW etc in Germany. I was speaking to a few of them and language requirements in Germany don't seem to be as strict as Spain or Italy and the job market seems to be a lot better. Plus they seem to be a lot happier than my friends in the US who are struggling with the hustle culture. My sister graduated from Michigan Ross and is now working at a telecom giant in India after not getting selected in the H1B pool at her firm. She said that the US is a high risk high reward option and you always have to be on your toes there. My friend's/ relatives who work at MBB / Bulge Brackets have had the same experience and many of them talk about quitting but the peer pressure has got to them.

I was hence considering Germany as an option to emigrate to and an MBA seems to be the most straightforward path to that at this point in time to move forward in my career. However, I look forward to your experiences and suggestions on this forum.

My post MBA goals are-

  1. Switch locations. Honestly, since I have lived in Western Europe for 5 years most of my network and friends are there so my main preference is Western Europe followed by South East Asia
  2. Explore other fields/ industries that I like. I have handled a few mandates with hospitality and healthcare clients and was wondering if opportunities in Strategy are present on the client side at firms like Accor / Eli Lilly/ etc. They are most definitely not present in India in the hospitality sector atleast
  3. If I want to play it safe then I would want to aim for corporate finance and strategy roles at firms like LVMH. My reach would be to target roles in Real Estate Private Equity (Brookfield) or a fund like L Catterton / Permira with a heavy luxury retail / consumer focus
  4. My ultimate goal is to start my own nutrition and wellness practice a few years down the line. I was wondering if an MBA can help with this.
