What to do after initial networking connection?
So you just had a coffee chat, attended a networking event, an internship, a call, an interaction with a random someone at a random place, etc.
What do you do now? If one of your goals is to keep that person in your network in hopes of them helping you out in the future or vice versa, how do you keep this connection strong?
Personally, I find it awkward to send update emails or ask to catch-up over phone/coffee if what I'm saying isn't at least somewhat relevant to them as well. Might just be me, please enlighten me.
