What to Do Sophomore Summer?
I got an SA position at a LMM bank and plan on at least trying to lateral up during FT.
I don't have an internship this summer. What should I do instead to make my app more competitive?

do not recommend an internship sophomore summer other than having fun. you’re about to put decades of your life into corporate life just take a break. I had a friend ask a local fund to just crunch numbers like 10hrs a week for something to fill the resume. i regret having a soph summer internship sm because you will likely get offers long before that internship really happens.
I know this comment was a year old but this has to be the worst advice you can ever give someone. Not having a freshman summer internship is already sinful let alone spending sophomore summer "having fun". I know it was an easier time in the 80s but shits changed
