What to do when contacts won’t respond?
I’ve had some decent conversations with people since November, and I started to follow up with some since May. However, most of them don’t respond, even with people who I really vibed with. I know they’re really busy, but a good amount of them don’t respond after 3 weeks of following up. I’ve seen advice from people saying just to call them, but that just feels kinda creepy to me. Should I keep trying to follow up?
Follow up 1 time after a week of not hearing back. If they dont come back spend your efforts elsewhere
Agree with the above - if they aren’t responding to you after multiple followups they are probably not going to respond at all. Best to focus efforts on other people. Maybe follow back up in a month, but don’t bank on them coming through for you.

This is cap. November is a great time to start as a sophomore.
I don't know whether you're a Sophomore or a Junior but I'll say this time of year is not the best to be doing networking. It's summer, interns are about to arrive, 2nd years are leaving - I love talking to prospects and helping people out but doing so is at the very bottom of my priority list right now.
I know, I just figured I would be able to catch up with them again before I submitted my app. Is this too late of a follow up period?

For next summer? I didn't know BBs were still interviewing for 2022 so I'm out of the loop I guess - my office has been done since April. But like I said, interns are coming, turnover is happening, and everyone is slammed, so I wouldn't take it personally.
