Currently a soph at Penn State. I have good experience so far I worked at a family office 4B AUM over summer in NYC and this upcoming summer im working at a commodity trading firm as an intern. Ive been decent at networking so far and have good connects. For summer of 2024 what else should I try to add to my resume? Could anyone give me a % chance for getting into BB IB? I know ppl hate these posts but would appreciate it?
