What's Going On With Response Post Final Offer?
Had a final round interview almost two weeks ago and still have not heard back either way. For some context, this process started around thanksgiving and there was ~1 month of no communication between each of the first 3 rounds. Then there was another 2-3 weeks of delay due to deciding whether or not to move forward with final round bc of the coronavirus situation.
Fast forward to end of march / early april -- I thought the final round went pretty well and expressed to the recruiter I will accept if extended an offer. They told early April that the team was aiming to make a decision "early next week". Now that time frame has passed as well. Trying not to overthink here but curious if people have perspectives who have been recruiting right now. Start is summer 2020
