When do you stop recruiting?

I currently have an offer from a mid-tier BB, and I have several first round interviews across the board. Should I just accept my offer, even though I know nothing about placement (obv. normal)? Can I continue to recruit for MBB/other BB banks on the side? If I was to stop, what steps should I take to let my contacts know that I valued their support throughout the process?
