I know there are probably hundreds of posts out there answering this but I want an updated version. What is the timeline for recruiting? When do I need to do what? When should I network? Study technicals? When how do I cold email? Who should I cold email? I’m a sophomore at a non target. I know I could look all this up but still asking. Thanks.
