Where can I find a good IB Analyst in KC?

My firm is looking to add a seat and we're struggling to find Analyst candidates who are qualified. It's obviously a much smaller market than NY, so I expect it to be tougher to recruit, but it's frustrating seeing candidate after candidate who doesn't understand the job requirements or modeling.

Where do/would you look? Online sources, specific recruiters, DM referrals - open to all suggestions.
