Where do analysts go to find their next job outside of finance?
Looking to hire IB analyst at a high-growth tech startup. Banker profiles were a great background at the early days of Uber when we hired an operations manager. I'm sure has changed sense then but we're trying to replicate the same thing at my next startups. Would love any advice, suggests, or referrals.
