Where do you actually see yourself 10 years from now?

As I am currently going through recruiting for IB SA 2022 roles, I've thought a lot about where I see myself 10 years after. I know you're thinking "retard, land an offer first", but this is something I've been thinking about quite a bit. I am interested in knowing what you prospects and current industry professionals are going towards. Were you an IB hardo since day one with the goal of becoming an MD to wreak havoc on junior's lives? Do/did you want to make that move to the "holy grail" of buy-side roles in PE like most people?  Maybe, you just want to make so much money and flex your lifestyle on your story as a big fuck you to your ex, I wont judge. Really interested in knowing what drew you in and how you see yourself using the cash and skills for the next steps in your career. Doesn't have to be the "traditional" or common path people take, you can make all this money to end up living in Alaska fighting grizzlies with your bare fists like me.

Look forward to seeing what all of your goals are!
