Which CPA firm?
I have more than 15 years experience and I am a CPA . Which CPA firm I should target for my Job search if I want to be in financial/bank audits?

I have a hard time believing that you have 15 years of accounting experience and do not know the answer to this question, but here it is.
Basically any of the Big 4 firms (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) will enable you to work in financial/bank audits. Because banks are very large institutions and are highly-scrutinized in the media, they are almost always audited by Big 4 firms (prestige, brand-name, resources, etc.). As such, it is highly unlikely that any national or regional accounting firm would enable you to work on bank audits.
There is a possibility that some national accounting firms (BDO, MNP, and others) could have you work on audits for capital funds and pension funds, but most likely not banks.
Your best bet is thus to apply at either Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, or EY (in no particular order of preference, they all have financial/banking audit clients).
