Which offer to choose?

Recently received two analyst offers and was wondering which offer should I choose based on exit opps (to M&A, LevFin, Buyside Credit), etc.

Offer 1 - Credit Rating Analyst at major rating agency ( Moody’s/ S&P) on the Corporates team in Chicago

Offer 2 - Structured Finance Origination Analyst at a large foreign bank (think BNP, SMBC, HSBC, Mizuho etc) in NYC

Total comp is similar and comparable at both places but the bank offer will likely involve more hours. Location-wise, would prefer NYC but Chicago is okay as well

Thanks!
