Which would you choose - Summer analyst role in Corp dev at a post-IPO tech start up

If you had to choose between a summer analyst role in Corp Dev at a post-IPO tech startup with strong prospects and active deal flow (team made up of ex-bankers) or in IB at a top boutique's regional office (coverage group, pure M&A) which would you choose? Obviously Corp Dev would have better lifestyle, less pay, but I'm thinking for down the line.
