Why does HR not even send out rejections after final rounds?
Is there a reason why HR doesn't send out even a rejection email after doing final rounds? Are they too lazy? Are they keeping me on a waitlist? Why can't they just let me know so we can close the chapter and move on? Anyone have insight into this?
If I'm rejected then it would be nice to know so we can act accordingly. I even email them back asking for a status update and they still don't respond.
I just got a rejection email today from HR at a BB for a Superday conducted on November 14th. So, I feel you.
