Will a Freshman Summer Internship Not Finance Related Hurt My Chances?

I'm a current freshman at a target school and landed a freshman marketing internship at a Fortune 50 company. I'm trying to target REPE long-term, so I'm unsure if I should continue looking for more finance-related internships or just accept this offer. If I were to be looking for boutiques to intern in, how do I start? Note: I'm looking to stay in NYC over the summer

Any experience freshman year is good to talk about in interviews. I got an offer for MS/JPM/GS this cycle and worked at a real estate company doing marketing, though also had strong investments exposure. Use this as an opportunity to learn as much as you can.

Also - there’s not many opportunities for finance related internships as a sophomore unless you have family connections. I only got my internship through a friend’s parent
