Will I ruin my life if I accept this offer?

It is my last year studying international business. I would like to be an analyst or an auditor. I just got an offer from a small retail and commercial bank. They would pay me a financial master in a non-target school, but of course they expect me to stay after the 6 month internship until December of 2025. The salary is quite good, but I am afraid I cannot learn enough of the commercial banking side I would like to know if after that I could jump into a actual good job I would be 24, with a double degree in business and marketing, a master in finances, and more than two years in retail and commercial banking. Besides that I will try to get the GMAT this year and probably study for the CFA during that year of working. Will it be possible? Please give me your opinions
