Worried about background check
As part of the hiring process, I've been asked to go through a background check. The company performing the background check is First Advantage. iIn my resume I've got terminated from one of my past internships. Beyond that, I've had great internships. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance!
What kind of internship was it and what kind of business? They could always theoretically call them but they will generally just ask if you were employed on the dates you list
You should have removed that firm from your resume
Yeah I realize that now. I was pretty darn naive about the whole thing and thought they wouldn't necessarily care too much about the internship experience.
