Worried about finding job and/or SA 24 position

I am worried about breaking into investment banking especially for a summer analyst position for 2024. I go to a non target state school and have a low gpa (3.3ish). I am from NY LI, but my school is in the south, I definitely want to work in NYC. Anyone have any advice on how I can get myself into any investment bank for an SA position next summer?

Are you African-American, Hispanic, gay, or a woman? If you are you have a chance. If you're an Asian or White male your only shot would be after an MBA.

Straight white male. But have good double major, extracurriculars, leadership, SMF experience, and am currently doing an asset management internship.

straight white male.

play super smash bros ending “GAME”

it’s pride month just become gay. only shot tbh

Can confirm. Started putting gay on application. Will say that Superdays began coming easy to me. Had a rough time getting through first rounds until I changed that on my application. Lowkey gay that they would do that to straight males.

Is there a place to find these timelines. My school does nothing for me, and im having trouble finding out if everything is just expired already?
