Worried about offer rescinded

Hi all,I recently accepted an offer as a Summer Analyst in Wealth Management of a huge Investment Bank. I'm not sure about my timeline in terms of background check, but I had to submit a transcript right after accepting my offer, which was late-Fall 2021. I had not listed my GPA on my resume due to fear of it being so low, but I did fill it in within their internal application portal, and obviously it appears on my transcript.Furthermore, nowhere on my offer letter does it say anything about grades or performance - only if I expect any changes to my anticipated graduation date.As there was no option for a 3.05, my GPA was rounded up to 3.1. I submitted my transcript right after receiving the offer, and my GPA is already on the lower side, so I definitely got offered due to other areas of strength (strong professional experience + did really well in Superday and rest of recruiting process). I didn't lie anywhere on my resume for anything and remained completely truthful the entire time. However, in light of recent circumstances I recently lost a family member due to a downhill battle with cancer. This has left my family devastated, but I'm trying to keep it together in order to plan out my next steps. As a result, the latter half of this semester was incredibly challenging and I unfortunately failed a class. As of right now this class' grade is considered an "incomplete", meaning I will get a grade after it's resolved. Thus right now my GPA is at a 3.00. I'm trying to resolve this with our uni's Academic Committee because I'm worried about the implications on my GPA as well as any hinderances to career. Thus I come to you, WSO committee, to ask you:1) how likely is it that I get screwed by this 2) how best can I handle this/mitigate it (who to talk to, how to address, should i be proactive)3) how much should i worry about my offerThanks all. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and take care
