If you want to get to know people IRL, send them a private message, but I don't think it's prudent that you post too much here under your account as it stands. 100K+ people now know who you are and where you live. It would take about five minutes for someone like me to learn most of your life story based on that information if such a person were so inclined (I am not). I suggest creating a new username and starting over.

That having been said, welcome to WSO

Alison, welcome to WSO. If you do want to change your username, you can e-mail WallStreetOasis.com>[email protected], but there are plenty of people who know who I am, where I live, and many members on here that don't hide behind anonymity.

I think some of the members (many commenting on this thread) fear people knowing who they are so they can speak more freely in the forums without the potential of it coming back to them from their employers, etc.

If that is the case for you as well, then yes, I'd change your username. If not, don't think you need to worry.

Welcome! Patrick

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask are the videos made by the wall street mentor guy on this site and the Blue Chip Career videos on You Tube exactly the same?

Secondly can CISI qualifications help you get into operations in the UK?

Yes, Blue Chip Career was the back end for Wall Street Mentors which we have recently discontinued due to lack of growth and a few other reasons around how much time it took to coordinate / match clients.

We still have a WSO Video Library that has recorded mock interviews, however, we aren't sure what we'll be doing with that going forward soon.

Sorry, don't know about CISI.

Thanks, Patrick
