Depends what your end goals are.

CMO at Citi is essentially what would be called "Equity Capital Markets" and "Debt Capital Markets" at other investment banks. I'm guessing you will actually be on a trading desk so the culture of the workplace and your experience will feel, for lack of a better word, more like "Sales & Trading." Do you know what desk you will be working on?

IBD at Deutsche Bank, on the other hand, is more straight forward. It will likely be more modelling intensive and you will have the opportunity to learn a certain industry very well (if you are in a coverage group) / or get exposure to a number of industries and learn a product (M&A, leveraged finance, etc.) really well if you are in more of a product oriented group. If you are interested in future opportunities in PE or hedge funds, then this would be the better choice.
