S&T SA

Longtime follower and new member of the website. I am from a semi target and am a Sales and Trading SA this summer in NYC. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

What was the process like for you? What type of internships did you do before?

I'm just curious because I'm at a non-target with only a couple of PWM internships at BBs in my junior-senior year, and I'm looking to get into S&T full time, more specifically the Sales side.

I know you're only a SA so far, so your advice may be limited in the scope of what I'm asking, but I do appreciate it.

I have had 2 prior internships: one in commercial real estate and one in muni bond rating. The process for me began with an on-campus interview, then a phone interview and finally a super day.

For advice, Id say the best thing to do is reach out to alumni. That is the only reason I have the internship I do.
