Most buildings eliminate the label 13th floor and skip it...so the 14th floor is the actual 13th.

i went into the elevator of this building in NY...instead of labeling the 13th floor as 13....they had it as 'PH'. Very weird.

The 13 superstitions are stupid. I once walked around with 13 dollars in my wallet for like a whole week, nothing bad happend to me.
maybe i should have qualified why i asked. I am interested in a flat on the 13th floor, it's significantly cheaper than similar flats in same building, and so I was wondering how strong the superstition might really be.
