I know that there are plenty of topics on housing in this forum, but I have not seen very many that reflect the change in IBD salaries. So, what should incoming 2015 IBD analysts pay for rent monthly in New York, assuming everyone is making the $85k base?
With so many new websites for finding housing, are brokers still recommended or is it better to look on your own and avoid the fee?
