2018 SA interns who did NOT get FT offer -- what do you think went wrong?

I'm always looking for guidance on how to succeed when you finally get an opportunity as an intern.

Since we can all learn from other people's experiences, for those who didn't receive a FT offer after an internship, can you please share what you think might have been the issue that prevented you from receiving the FT offer?

interns in my group didnt get offers because they flaunted their ambition to leave, weren't team players, and repeatedly made the same mistakes. Be humble, hungry to work and to learn, and take the extra time to quadruple check your work and you wont have anything to worry about. As for checking your work, unlike an analyst, you havent done something a thousand times, so take the extra time before turning in a deliverable.

If you leave early, dont expect an offer. You would think none of that needed to be said but it does.

I got my return but some others did not. Here is my take as to why. Soft skills such as being able to take initiative and engage with the team.

Simple things such as saying hello when walking their desk and asking about everyone's story. I think that's why I got the return and others did not. Sometimes it's hard to quantity. Try to be a person and have a personality.
