A Tradition Unlike Any Other

The dawn of Masters week is almost upon us. It should shake out to be a pretty good tournament, per usual, but always much more exciting with the GOAT (Tiger) back and playing well. Coming in at 8/1, Vegas has pegged Tiger as favorite to win this year, pretty crazy considering the guy couldn't really play less than 12 months ago. Maybe Rory can finally pop his Augusta cherry and complete the career grand slam - people must like his chances especially coming off a commanding victory at the Arnie Invite this past weekend.

So monkeys, who is everyone picking in their Master's pool this year?

Augusta is the true definition of "horses for courses".

There have been years where a lot of guys having been playing well into Augusta, but this year literally is such an embarrassment of riches for guys playing well going into the tourney.

Guys playing well going in that are solid picks (in no particular order): Phil, Rory, Tiger, Bubba, Jason Day, Justin Rose, Paul Casey, Sergio

At the same time, Augusta gets some guys hyped where they always play well (ie Speith), and even though Justin Thomas has had 1 top 25, would you really count him out? Haven't even mentioned Dustin Johnson yet.

If I had to pick four: Phil (always pick him if he wins pre-Augusta) Rory (hot hand) Paul Casey Thomas Pieters (dark-horse)

Obivously line-up would change depending on what happens the next couple of weeks. Also depends on how your league is set up (based on "$" used per pick or players over a season).
