Advice for daily routine/mornings

Will start work at a T2 Strategy shop this summer, given how late the typical college schedule is wondering if anyone has any advice of schedules/routines they have undertaken as an entry-level? I am big on getting a workout in at least 5 days a week and will be on a hybrid model (office 2-3 days per week).
