I would suggest you get a regular desk and a stack of cinderblocks. Every time you want to raise the desk, you have to stack the cinderblocks one-by-one under the desk. Like you're jacking up a car. One for Leg A. One for Leg B. One for Leg C. One for Leg D. Then repeat. Repeat as much as necessary to achieve desired height. When you wanna sit again, you gotta undo them one-by-one. Within months, all your fitness goals will be accomplished and you just cruise.

heister: Look at all these wannabe richies hating on an expensive salad. https://arthuxtable.com/

Why not put the desk on a lift system so it's like doing lat pull downs or rowing or even squats? Replace Bowflex with a Deskflex. "Don't just lift your analyst skills, lift your entire future! Let's create a new version of sweat equity!"
