I want to live in NYC but won't be around on the weekend. Has anyone had experience with renting out their apartment on Airbnb? What are the odds of getting caught and actually getting evicted? I heard the land lord has to give you a warning or something like that first but I'm not sure how this whole thing works. Also, it looks like most of the cases where people get evicted, they were renting out rent-stabilized apartments on Airbnb.
