I've trained with a lot of female fighters and they can beat the shit out of you. It's pretty hot. But, anyway yeah there are certain things you develop when training for fighting like for one how resilient your shins become through training. If someone who hasn't trained Muay Thai hits shin to shin contact even with pads, they are going to hurt. Even if this guy is 250 lbs, she could still throw some brutal head kicks, kidney kicks, liver kicks, uppercuts, hooks, everything as this guy probably is barely moving. Elbows are fairly brutal too - not sure if they would allow those, but could be bloody.
There is a size limit though. If he is 6'8" 310lbs yeah he will win, but I'm betting he is of normal size.

Been doing BJJ for nearly 8 years now. Higher belt women definitely struggle with white belt men. At least in my experience.
BJJ is a horrible argument for this because it doesn't prove that women can survive against a strong man. It's a controlled environment with established etiquette and other rules you have to follow. If a woman gets you into a triangle or armbar, you can't just pick her up and slam her on the ground with full force over and over again until she lets go. You would get swarmed by angry gym goers and get thrown out of the gym.
