Anyone else get those job rejection letters that say they'll get back to you if things change?

I have gotten 3 of those, two from applications and one after an interview. It is a very interesting e-mail, and I am not sure if they really think that they will come back to me if they can't find anyone else.

In my experience it's like saying "we'll still be friends" during a breakup.

"We train like we do so that on our worst day we can still destroy them on their best day."

And, then theres the time when they call you and tell you they want to try again because they couldn't find anyone else quite like you.
