Anyone getting time off for Christmas?

Christmas Eve & Christmas Day both fall on a weekend & NYE and NY day on a weekend as well. I have full work w no days off, kinda suprised at that lol. Can’t even get home for Christmas

It's not off base tbh, which is why it sucks. I worked 7 days a week all through my A1 year. Even now, I'm going into the holidays with two ongoing sell-sides so fully expect to be engaged though not "working".

I'm def not one of those "I did it so everyone has to", which is what prompted the live deals vs. pitching comment. If you're in there jammed for pitches or just because some MD wants to see faces, that's just bad culture.

 

that is insane and almost (or actually is) borderline illegal. Not a lawyer though but that really sucks.
