Anyone going to N.H. primary to volunteer?

Curious to know if any monkeys are going up to New Hampshire to volunteer for a candidate. I'm debating on whether I should fly up there and volunteer for the Romney campaign. My first choice is Huntsman, but he has no shot obviously, and trying to get in touch with their campaign people is virtually impossible. I need to figure out the logistics of the trip, such as where to stay, flight, etc.

Seems like it would be a cool experience. Hopefully I can use it to beef up my resume for mba applications next year.

Why would you waste your time and money taking a stance on a man who stands for nothing? It speaks volumes that you would want to work for a man who has flip-flopped as much as him.

Did you watch his WSJ interview? He wants a VAT tax!. Please Brady, tell me what is the difference between Romney and Obama?

I am not cocky, I am confident, and when you tell me I am the best it is a compliment. -Styles P

I think this is a good article dispelling the myth of Romney's "flip-flopping" http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/post/mitt-romney-flip-…

As to the difference between Obama and Romney, I think it's clear America needs a private sector recovery to get out of the current economic slump and I can't think of a better person to lead that than someone coming in with significant private sector experience. That alone is a significant differentiator between the two of them.

Romney= keep the current scheme going obama= keep the current scheme going (x2)

they are one in the same.....if you think otherwise you are very naive and dont understand how politics really works

I have reservations about Romney, but no, he is nothing like Obama. The latter was terribly unqualified, with no executive experience in government or the private sector. And Obama's ideology on economic issues tilts decisively to the left, for he strongly believes in the federal government's right to redistribute wealth. In Obama's worldview, the problem is not the lack of economic growth but rather the excesses of the top 1% and rising inequality. His speeches bash the wealthy in a crude attempt to stir up class resentment. In this sense, Obama is much more like william jennings bryan.

In contrast, Romney brings extensive private sector experience and a successful record as massachusetts governor. He is a smart thoughtful man who will carefully analyze data before making policy decisions. More importantly, Romeny's core ideology is rooted in an unwavering belief in the superiority of free market capitalism and American exceptionalism. He wants to grow the pie so that everyone can be more prosperous.
