Anyone know how to left click with keyboard?

Like title says, I'm about 97% keyboard only in excel but when I write macro codes to automate my daily tasks (which I do damn near everyday) and attach them to a macro button, I hate having to locate my mouse to click the damn button.

Anyone know of a way to left click using your keyboard or have a macro that when one hovers or selects the macro button or object with an assigned macro, you can run via a shortcut and it essentially clicks that button?

I've spent like a year looking for a solution to this.

*********No I'm not talking about the enter button. It does not left click on a button/object in excel***************
