So I have been in the city for one year, and am looking to move else where within NYC. My roommate is currently moving out of the city/ to the financial district area. I am looking ideally to be between 30s-50s on the east side. But am open. Looking to spend about $1500 so net net $3000. Need to find a place for July 1st. I am turning 23 in a few months and am in finance. I enjoy watching sports, going out on weekends, and consider myself fairly laid back.
