It's a play on the "boy, bye" meme using "goy," aka a non-jew, to reference the alt-right's anti-semitism.

It was a rhetorical question satirizing how awful a title this is. How is this anti-semitic though? The word is defined here: "`goy' is a derogatory word for Christians used by Jews"
