Best all inclusive resorts - NC/SC/FL
I am looking for recommendations on all-inclusive adult-only (Not swingers or nudist) resorts in the NC/SC/FL areas. Preferably on the beach, with different packages. I haven't taken a real vacation in a couple of years without it surrounding a wedding/birthday/birth of a baby. This is just for the Fiance and I. We aren't big drinkers but wouldn't mind a couple of bars on location.
Price, ehh. I'm not looking to spend 20k, but I don't want just anyone coming to the resort, let alone those daily packages people can pay. We want a place to disconnect and unplug, sit, and stare into the ocean. We love the beach but hate the water, so hopefully, it will have a nice pool. Maybe Golf, preferably golf. Looking for a Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun reservation sometime after the summer around the holidays. Everyone makes the holidays so stressful and argues over our time. Sorry, parents, you are all basically retired; I'm not. Don't tell me I need to fly and then drive to watch my nephew or niece open presents. I'll send a check.

Does all inclusive matter to you because that’s going to really limit it. December in NC/SC isn’t necessarily beach weather, honestly I’d only consider South Florida, maybe PR.
If you want all inclusive your best bet is going to be someplace international, Mexico + most of the Caribbean countries have plenty of all inclusive offerings.
I am not a big of fan of all inclusive. The food is usually subpar and the drinks are watered down. Sure you don't have to worry about a bar tab or bill at restaurant but that is all factored into the room cost anyway.
If you want the big resort vibe with multiple restaurants where you don't have to leave the property I'd recommend the Atlantis or Baha Mar.
Thanks, everyone; we moved our timeline to Thanksgiving. Parents and in-laws fighting over who and what kids go where. I'm middle aged now so we just booked a Spa in the Blue ridge mountain, not all inclusive, but a moderately priced 4-Star hotel, limited capacity and plenty of food options. Someone else mentioned international for all-inclusive, and the food wasn't great.
Been to Alantis before it got crushed by that hurricane haven't heard much about it after they rebuilt everything.
Highly recommend also looking at cruises. I’ve only ever done the ship with a ship suites on mainstream or premium lines (Haven on Norwegian and Retreat on Celebrity). You get separate areas away from the hoi polloi e.g. restaurant, pool, hot tub, bar/lounge. I initially thought cruising would suck but have very much enjoyed it.
