My favorite colleague from the San Francisco office is coming to NYC today and we want to ball out a little and go to a Brazilian steakhouse. He's staying in a hotel in Midtown, so I was just thinking we could go to Fogo de Chao. Can't seem to find what the prices are on their website though.
Churrascaria Plataforma is another one I'm seeing on Google Maps and that one is around $90. Anyone happen to know a good place to go? Any recs? I just want to keep it under $150 each.
If you want to ball out for steak, these are my fav places:
Cote
Hawksmoor
The grill
Four Charles prime
Bowery meat company
Beefbar
Fogo is for poor people man. You’re not gonna impress your friend there.
Good recs, thank you!
Smoke Frog knows how to ball out
If you slam alcohol, cote and Hawksmoor can run into 4 figures for 4 people.
Im not poor and grew up with some money and fooking love Fogo man.
always down to go to that place
Fogo is all you can eat for ~75 per person
Fogo is not "all you can eat."
Fogo is "eat a certain number of times before the servers ignore your every move and every attempt to put out the 'Sim Por Favor' sign"
Let's not get ahead of ourselves...
