Best Business/Finance Books of the Year - 2021

As both an avid reader and writer in business/finance, I wanted to see if I've missed anything this year. I know that there have been a lot of posts about what everyone has been reading or recommendations for books from 20 or 30 years ago (ok, we get it....Liar's Poker and Barbarians at the Gates). But what's a brand new book published in 2021 that his piqued your interest and why?

I've read most of it while he was releasing the chapters on LinkedIn. I don't have a PhD in econ but I liked what I read generally, especially how he tied different facets beyond economics (military, tech, education, etc.) into his thesis.

Definitely on my reading list.  People have been talking about it so long on the forum that I thought the book was a little older but you're right, March 2021 is the publication date.
