You can give them design ideas and they'll do it. If you don't indicate what you want them to do, of course they're just going to do the run of the mill designs which get repetitive.

All the providers are the same (Altrum, Buttonwood, HV, etc).
You just need to focus on what the company does and think about how to integrate that into the deal toy.
Does the company make suspension parts? Have the deal toy be a suspension spring / coil.
Does the company make cabinetry hardware? Have the deal toy be a cabinet door that opens up to display the tombstone.
Does the company make packaging equipment for pill bottles? Make the deal toy a pill bottle.
Not that hard.
