Are you looking for textbooks? If so, I can’t help. I did enjoyed Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.
Viktor Frankl chronicling his experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positive about, and then immersively imagining that outcome. - Wikipedia
I guess I should've clarified I'm looking for more casual reading material - something I can go into a bookstore and buy type of thing. But thanks for the recommendation, I'll give it a look.
It isn’t a text book, you can pick it up and read it. It is a very good book though.
Recommend "Thinking Fast and Slow" Daniel Kahneman and "Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us" by Daniel H. Pink
You can read books online for free. My favourite resource is archive.org. They scan the original book so it is literally like you are reading a book and they have an incredibly extensive collection.
