These purchases were noted for significantly enhancing health, sleep, and overall daily well-being.
Vibration Plate. These devices used to cost $1-$3K but now you can get one for $79 or $99 on Amazon.

Potential for Weight Loss/Fat Reduction:
Some research suggests vibration plates may aid in weight loss or fat reduction, particularly visceral fat.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
Gym membership. Eating more carefully this time around (~enough protein, clean eating - 1x cheat meal a week). Was a gym rat in my early 20s. Slowly getting back into shape. Already can lift ~50% more than I started off with when I joined a few months ago.
Only regret is joining an old gym I used to go to. It's relatively cheap (~$40 / month), solid machine variety but terrible management (many broken machines).
kindle. used to think it was the dumbest fucking idea ever, like why not just read from your phone? but it's actually insane how much I love it. I read sooo much now

Read a bit about them - let me know if it's any good / works
After I ordered the gum, I saw there are mints too. I'm starting my MBA this year so would rather have a mint in class than chew gum, so will chew these privately. Joe Rogan endorses them - I bet they will be good.

Just for Men beard and moustache dye. I keep a very short stubble beard that has turned mostly white. This is the only stuff I've found that can dye stubble with minimal skin staining. It's knocked off 5-10 years from what my age appears to be visually.
New house in CT, process is crazy. Not much inventory and lots of interest. You have to basically bid the first couple days it’s on market, and always a few 100k over asking price.
Happy to finally be house poor with a high interest rate just cause my wife wants to keep up with joneses.
Which Bible? I have a few and the Navarre bible is my favorite. It was about $600 but worth it.

Yeti SB140LR T3 T-Type
Hell yeah. Hopefully, you get plenty of time to ride it.
The carbon sled, enjoy the ride!
Got a cheap electric guitar to learn off Amazon, been awesome to try and play to my favorite songs. Was like $150 for a whole basic setup.
upgraded my gym, it's right by work so I can go way more often/spend more time now, and the amenities are so nice. makes my day to day better
Just ordered NeuroGum. Heard good things.

I recently purchased 1000 caffeine pills for around $20. I will never look back
agree on this one, it’s quickest least damaging way of consuming caffeine imo
Tried this approach a year ago. Never again. Got the 200 mg ones and I almost had a panic attack. Maybe I'm just a pussy.
