Just signed on a very tasteful (and incredibly small) apartment in a walk-up in Soho. This is my first foray into walk-up / non-managed buildings so looking for advice on the best window AC units. Let me know y'alls thoughts. Apartment is on the second floor, by the way, so not terribly concerned with break-in risk from people pushing in AC units.
