Boss asks, ”What direction do you want to go?”
How do you answer when your boss asks what direction you want to go within the origination? There are two clear and equal paths at my firm, trading or sales. I'm interested in the trading path but I'm concerned it may not be aligned with his views or come across as I don't care about the sales side. Do you monkeys have any advice?
