Bulking as an Analyst
Preface: I'm naturally skinny and have a hard time keeping on weight.
Wondering if anyone else has had luck bulking during an analyst stint?
Currently around 175 and want to be about 190 (but healthy obviously).
If found that lifting in the morning is most sustainable, but pretty hard to keep that up 5 days a week.
Any tips or tricks that have helped people in the past?

Two serious mass shakes a day, creatine, heavy compound lifts in the morning 4-5 times per week. Lot's of water. That's it, not rocket science
Get a pullup bar. Engaging the back muscles will jumpstart your whole body. You can also do leg raises to engage the abs and a variety of different grips to affect different muscles. Engaging your quads will also be beneficial. Do air squats and air chairs against the wall. These are all at home exercises to supplement the gym. 15lbs of lean muscle mass will take a while. I wouldn't encourage a dirty bulk.
Just stop being soft and eat food
