Call for prospective roommates at a 3-Bed Place in FIDI - NYC
Folks, I wanted to put out a notice to see if anyone is currently looking for a place in the FIDI area in NYC. I saw two places in the same building - 3-Bed (1 flex room), decent sized rooms, good living space and new kitchen/Bathroom. The apartments are currently available to move-in immediately but I am aiming for sometime in June. I am looking for 2 other people to prospectively join in this lease. Option 1: 3-Bed (1-Flex room), 1- bath - $2,950 ~ $985/person
Option 2: 3-Bed (1-Flex room), decent living space, new kitchen, 1-bath - $3,300 ~ $1,100/person
For both options Utilites (Heat, water, gas) included in rent.
