Can I say the N-Word yet?

I'm getting tired of not being able to say what the fuck I want. I would really like to say the N-word. The word just rolls off the tongue. There are so many scenarios where it would have been hilarious if I used the word, but I couldn't do it. I am not black, but I'm not white either, and I have no intention on using the word in a bigoted way. Should people like me be able to use the N-word yet? I would also like to use words like sp*ck, f*ggot, chink, and polack. These are just words. Why can't I say them frivolously or jokingly? Why does everyone have a massive rod up their ass?

Edit: I see that people don't like my views. Let me reiterate: I don't want to use these words in a hateful manner. I'd like to be able to say them frivolously and as jokes. Here's an example:

Is this funny or is it wrong?

No, that's my point. I believe I should be able to say it without any consequences because I don't believe it is morally wrong.

Yeah but I think it's wrong that there are these repercussions. Think of it this way: Many decades ago, being publicly gay would get you ostracized and harassed. Is that right? We as a society have progressed to a point where a gay person no longer has to face this. Not a perfect analogy, but I'm saying that I shouldn't have to face severe consequences for using a word frivolously.

But the word is morally wrong. It originated as a slur to dehumanize black people by white people. Any white person who says it in most contexts (except singing a rap song or reading from a historical book or something) is not normal. The word itself obviously isn’t bad, no word is. They’re just sounds we make. But we associate meanings with those sounds, and for hundreds of years the meaning of that one sound that you want to say so badly is tied to slavery, abuse, colonization, genocide, and just plain hatred,

But that's my point. I don't mean to use it in a way that brings up that meaning. Like how it is used with no hateful meaning in rap, for example. I'd like to use it frivolously like when Louis CK says the word n***er in his stand up acts.

Louis CK can say it because he can make the joke work without it. Come back to us when you can too.

Also, in the words of Chris Rock, Louis CK is "the niggerest white man" he has ever seen. You sound the very opposite, and that's why you can't say it.

I am going to respond seriously.  It does not really matter what the OP thinks about the N word.  What matters is what a black person thinks of its use.  You can say that about any racial slur about any group of people.  If the group thinks it is racist to use the word, then don't use it.

Speaking as a black man, this is America you can say what you want. Smart ppl know just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Say it at your own peril.

Do you care if people use it around you? Not in a racist way, but in the casual way it’s often used these days? I ask because I have a diverse group of friends and we all use it around each other casually. No one minds or finds it offensive in anyway. Still, I’d never use it around people I don’t know well, you never know how someone will take it, even if the intention wasn’t negative.

I care. I'm not one to impose my beliefs but non-black ppl can't use it around me. On GP, I have to kick their ass. IDK where you are but in the South, we don't take liberties with that.
