Can't Find NYC Summer Housing

That's what is costs...I unfortunately need to move back to NYC for a bit and most of what I am looking at is $3500-4000 for 1br. There is a premium for short term. 

Try the Street Easy app. It was recommended to me when I was searching for housing last summer (before COVID caused everything to shut).

Is anyone else having trouble finding summer housing in Manhattan? I've been looking for the last month with two of my friends and we can't find any place that's under $2200 a month per person.

Any advice? I've been using Airbnb, Facebook groups, leasebreak, etc.

for example, this listing is 3750/month for a 2 bedroom....thats 1875 per person, per month.  contact the owner and ask if they would be open to a 2 month summer sublet for a couple finance interns.

RV park in Newark.  Liberty Harbor RV Park. 15 minutes from Wall Street.  I did it for 9 months at a different location.  Easy.  Quick. No fuss.
